The Case Club deliveries are sent via tracked courier service.
All of our packages are shipped out from The Netherlands.
For domestic shipping and shipping to Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom, we offer shipping through PostNL. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. All other countries that are not mentioned fall under International Shipping.
For International shipping, we offer shipping through DHL. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
Usually, orders placed before 18:00 on weekdays, will be shipped out the next day, and delivered the day after.
Still please allow 1-2 days for us to process the order and to ship the order out. For personalized cases this may take 1-3 days.
While we always aim to meet the above mentioned order processing and delivery time, no rights may be derived from it.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We have created a 14 days returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.
On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days.
This returns policy applies to all of our customers worldwide.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
• We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product
• The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, not personalised, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new
• The returns form is sent along with case(s) with all customer information provided
• You comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
• None of the exclusions set out below apply.

We will get back to you within 24hrs during working days. If you fill in the form during the weekend
we will get back to you on Monday.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
The following products may not be returned under this policy:
Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified, personalised (custom design), (initials) or damaged in anyway.
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product that has been returned to us in original
state in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges
and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.
The cost of postage will be deducted from any refunds even during postage offers, unless the product is deemed as faulty.
Refunds will not be given on sale items.
When you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
We will not refund or exchange the product
We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product
If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 30 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

Please note ANY items returned covered in animal or human hair may NOT be swapped or refunded.
Please note we cannot accept any returned items that have been washed, returned items must be in resellable condition; that is the same condition that you received them item in.
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or picked the wrong color, don’t worry. You can exchange for something else by filling out the form below (please mention its an exchange) and sending everything back by post.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us for refund or exchange. On The Case Club receiving this item postage costs endured in returning the faulty item will be refunded.
INCOMPLETE & WRONG ORDERS
Please let us know by emailing customer support on email@example.com and we will try our best to rectify any issues you are experiencing.
When products are not in stock we still offer them through backorder. We produce new stock every week and aim to deliver backorders within the total time of production + delivery time.
