Delivery Terms

All orders are processed within 1-3 days. We offer free tracked shipping on all orders worldwide through DHL. Orders from The Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. For a flat fee we offer worldwide FedEx International Priority shipping, ensuring worldwide next-day delivery before 12:00 PM. Although we and our courier partners strive to meet these listed delivery times, no right may be derived from it. Please note Covid-19 may impact these times.

The customer will be responsible for any additional customs fees/duties/taxes. Please be prepared for these additional fees if you reside outside Europe and your order value surpasses below amounts: United States: Orders below $800 are not subject to tax or import duty. Any amount above $800 will be subject to tax and import duty. A $850 order will be taxed at $50. United Kingdom: Orders below £135 are not subject to tax or import duty. Orders exceeding £135 are subject to 20% sales tax + 2% import duty. Processing and transit time applies to business days Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and (bank)holidays. For International Shipping, transit time is also valid pending normal customs clearance. This can vary for each location due to international transfer and clearance processes. If the address provided is found to be incomplete, incorrect or insufficient for delivery, or the package is unclaimed and returned to sender, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges. If a package is delayed, lost while in transit, or a question arises regarding the facts of delivery, we will make all efforts to recover the package. A search query or research case will be opened to initiate the recovery process, which can take up to 30 business days for proper investigation. Upon resolution of the research case, if the package is unable to be located, a replacement will be issued for the product(s).


We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at info@thecaseclubla.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the return address provided to you by e-mail.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
